Movie Research: The ReQuin

The Box-office film named The ReQuin is one of the most popular horror movies out today. This movie is about terror in paradise when Jaelyn and Kyle travel to a remote seaside villa in Vietnam for a romantic getaway. A torrential storm descends, reducing the villa to little more than a raft and sweeping the young couple out to sea. Suddenly, another danger appears -- a school of great white sharks. With her injured husband watching helplessly, Jaelyn must battle the deadly predators alone. The elements that this film presents are first, A Memorable, But Frightening Menace. This menace includes the death-threatening, blood thirsting shark that resides underneath the depths of the ocean which is on the hunt for prey. The second element includes Plenty of Characters Who Could Disappear at Any Moment. With the menace being a shark I'm pretty sure u could expect there to be people eaten by the predator, in fact, lots die which is a vital piece of mystery around the film. The last element is clear rules to live by which includes not swimming at night, no blood in the water, and don't be curious which may attract the predator to them. The element I like about this film is the living rules because they set the standard for how the characters should live or they will reap the consequences which they do later on by either getting killed or other problems. The element I dislike though is the menace of the movie which in this film is the shark. I really dislike sharks and am scared of them I cant even imagine breathing around one which is the reason I dislike this element of the film but, everything else is spotlight top tier awesome.
